Talent Pipeline Management

This program pending approval for 1 strategic credit hour through HRCI and SHRM!

  • Topic Description:
  • Nearly 70% of US employers cannot find qualified candidates to fill their positions, despite a record number of people earning degrees and workforce credentials over the last 20 years. Meanwhile 98% of education leaders believe they are preparing students with the right skills but only 11% of business leaders agree.  Hope is not a strategy to address problems in finding skilled workers.
  • Is your company part of the 70% looking for talent? If so, our November meeting will highlight a movement started by US Chamber of Commerce that is allowing businesses to build a talent pipeline of workers with the right skills.  In just four years, over 1,000 businesses in 25 states have used Talent Pipeline Management to achieve real results that impact their bottom line.  This is not a theory, it’s not a product, it’s a proven recipe for success.  Join us on November 26 to learn how Talent Pipeline Management could help your company.
