Speaker Profile:

Evan is a litigator and employment counselor who takes a compliance and liability perspective, but who is also keenly sensitive to the business realities facing companies. In today’s rapidly changing political environment his experience and knowledge is especially valuable. He specifically focuses on representing employers in a wide array of matters including, but not limited to:

• Defending companies against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, breach of contract, Fair Credit Reporting Act, wrongful termination charges and other legal matters.
• Counseling companies on a range of employment policies and practices, including hiring, discipline and discharge, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodation, wage and hour issues, background checks, and other workplace policies.
• Drafting agreements and policies, such as employee handbooks, employment agreements, separation agreements, independent contractor agreements, and employment policies.
