HR's Role in Promoting a Healthy and Harmonious Work Culture

This program is approved for 1 credit hour through HRCI and SHRM!

Topic Description:

How do we heal from disconnection. In the workplace today, company leaders are increasingly looking to HR professionals to address their culture concerns. The impact of the pandemic combined with staffing shortages nationwide has led to a rise in toxic work culture, lack of diversity and inclusion, and staff burnout. SIU Medicine human resource leaders have developed training and tools to begin to “reset and reconnect” our workforce to contribute to a healthier, more engaged climate.
