HR professionals are constantly administering these three programs, but are you familiar with how they overlap? This program will help you consider the basic reason each program exists and what the differences are. We will look at how to determine where to start, and if one program is available to an employee, what else you should consider before moving ahead.

Amy Mulchay is currently in house counsel for Paylocity providing strategic legal advice and litigation management. Amy works closely with HR teams all day long to manage the ever-changing legal landscape and develop related compliance programs. She has over 10 years of corporate experience specializing in labor and employment matters and worked at a law firm for many years prior. Amy is a graduate of Wayne State University with a BS in Business Administration and a JD.
